Masjid Jamie As-syafa'ah merupakan Masjid tertua yang berada di Kecamatan Pebayuran. Masjid ini berdiri sejak Indonesia belum merdeka. Cukup ramai dikunjungi oleh warga setempat untuk beribadah maupun melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Masjid Jamie As-syafa'ah memiliki kepengurusan DKM dengan masa periode 5 tahun. Dengan mengikuti program sedekah sampah berbasis Masjid ini, pengurus berharap dapat berkontribusi mengajak masyarakat sekitar mengurangi pencemaran lingkugan yang disebabkan oleh sampah.
